PMC Premier Mach 2
The Premier Mach 2 dual gun proportioner is the latest addition to PMC's product lineup,
offering innovative Patent Pending technology that combines the advantages of a dual gun
system with the user-friendly Premier interface. Through its proprietary ratio monitoring
system, the Mach 2 has been designed to explicitly operate within application critical
parameter ranges specified by chemical manufacturers.
The Mach 2 is compatible with guns from any manufacturer, and supports any two 02 or
equivalent size chamber guns, or a foam output of 40 lbs/min, providing efficient
application options.
The Premier Mach 2 also saves space, money, and energy. By using a single Mach 2 unit
instead of two standard proportioners, contractors can reduce their equipment footprint
and operational costs while maintaining performance – harnessing the power of two
proportioners in one machine, on one rig.
The Premier Mach 2 also offers remote access capability; it can be operated from any webenabled device without needing to download an app. This gives the user enhanced
convenience and provides the manager/owner access to user data and operational
reporting such as ratio, temperature, and pressure on both sides of the proportioner. The
remote access feature ensures that the system can be managed from virtually anywhere,
increasing operational efficiency, and transparency.

- 2,000 psi size 120 pumps outputs 40 lbs/min. Supports up to two size 02 or equivalent chambers.
