Demilec Hires Spray Foam Industry Veteran As Vice President Of Research & Development
ARLINGTON, TX – January 7, 2014 – Demilec, one of North America's largest manufacturers of spray foam insulation and polyurea products, has named industry veteran Tom Fishback as Vice President of Research & Development.
"Tom's multiple experiences at major polyurethane manufacturers, paired with his product stewardship and development expertise, is a much welcomed addition to Demilec's leadership team," said Zain Mahmood, President and CEO at Demilec. Previously, Fishback served as the Vice President of Research & Development at Fomo, a global manufacturer of low-pressure polyurethane insulation, where he played a pivotal role spurring the company's growth and successfully developing the next generation of products.
"I look forward to the challenge of working for a leading spray foam company and employing my 24 years of industry experience to enhance Demilec's research and development processes," said Fishback.
Fishback received his bachelor's degree in Natural Science and PhD in Chemistry from the University of Akron. He also served in the United States Air Force.
