MOUNT HOLLY, NJ – April 8, 2016 – Global Specialty Products USA, Inc.manufactures flushing and immersion cleaning solvents to be used to flush and remove
liquid or hardened Isocyanate (part A), polyurethane foam (reacted Part
A & B), as well as, components of polyurea coating and industrial
resins (polyester, vinylester, epoxy) from application equipment,
mixing and metering equipment and feed lines, as well as loosening,
removing cured urethane foam deposits and build-up from mixing heads,
troughs, conveyor parts, side walls, rollers, foam, cutting devices and
molds.
Last year, Global Specialty Products USA, launched its worldwide plan to enter into a agreement with a number of domestic and international distributors. The plan entailed the rights to distribute and resell Global Specialty Products-USA, Inc.'s environmentally safe, reduced VOC, non-hazardous, flushing & immersion cleaning - "proprietary" products for the removal of liquid, semi-cured or cured isocyanate, polyurea and polyurethane spray equipment, as well as cleaning industrial resins such as polyester, vinylester, and epoxy resins and fiberglass.
The applications are for the removal of isocyanate and urethane foam deposits and buildup, hot melt adhesives, and all industrial resins from feeding lines / hoses, spray guns, mixing heads, gear pumps, troughs, side walls, conveyor parts, hot melt roller coaters, foam, and resin cutting devices, holding tanks, mixing equipment, injection mold equipment, etc.
Products are environmentally safe, worker-friendly, reduced VOC, and non-flammable.
