Introducing GenAer’s Gasoline Powered Generator
Magazine View

SPRAY FOAM MAGAZINE – Nothing compares to GenAer’s new PG22G gasoline-powered generator. This compact generator finds the sweet spot between affordability, fuel efficiency, durability and reliable performance. Customer feedback revealed the need for a more fuel-efficient gas generator with a similar life expectancy to a diesel-powered unit. This led GenAer to do what it always does — develop something better. The PG22G generator is its latest innovation. It’s the perfect solution for small- and mid-size spray foam operators looking for a durable, gasoline-powered alternative to lower-cost generators not designed to withstand continuous operation.

PORTABLE DESIGN

Weighing under 1,000 pounds, the PG22G can easily be installed in transit vans or trailers used by spray foam applicators, coating applicators, and concrete lifters.

UNINTERRUPTED POWER

The PG22G’s 2.5L 4-cylinder, liquid cooled Mitsubishi engine provides 22KW of continuous power output. It boasts a similar lifespan to a diesel engine which is up to three to four times longer than a typical smaller, air-cooled gas generator. When properly maintained, the PG22G provides 13,000 – 18,000 hours of service life.

INNOVATIVE EFFICIENCY

The PG22G provides up to 50% greater fuel efficiency advantages over air-cooled gas generators. GenAer achieves this breakthrough with electronic fuel injection and by reducing the rotational speed from the typical 3,600 RPM to 1,800 RPM, the same speed of a diesel generator. The design also uses a four pole generator head to significantly increase generator efficiency.

EASY Maintenance, RELIABLE PERFORMANCE

The PG22G was engineered for easy maintenance. It includes a high powered radiator cooling fan to eliminate the need to provide additional vent fans. An electronic control panel measures oil pressure, coolant temp, generator voltage and engine fault codes. All GenAer generators are built with heavy duty, powder coated steel frames featuring 4-way forklift pockets and integrated 40- or 20-gallon poly fuel tanks. Filters also spin on for easy maintenance. The PG22G unit is backed by a 3-year, 3,500-hour engine warranty.
