NCFI Gold Star Applicator Receives Boston Angie’s List Top Five Percent “Super Service Award”
MOUNT AIRY, NC – March 24, 2014 – Closed Cell Structures, a Danvers, MA insulation contractor, was recently awarded the "Super Service Award" for second year running by Angie's List, the well-known US-based website that provides customer-generated reviews of local contractors.
The award recognizes the top five percent of contractors in a given category within a defined market. The awards are based on the company's Grade Point Average (GPA 1.0-4.0) of customer reviews based on the following six factors: professionalism, quality, punctuality, price, responsiveness, and overall experience. Closed Cell Structures GPA earned a perfect 4.0.
"We're thrilled to receive the award," says Paul Dion, president of Closed Cell Structures. "We've worked hard over many years to become a company that delivers on all the areas in which the Angie's List reviewers gave us exceptional marks. It's who we work to be each day, and having it recognized by our customers, and by the nationally-known website is an honor."
Kelly Keifer, a spokesman for Angie's List, says Closed Cell Structures ranks higher in all categories than 95 percent of all residential insulation contractors in the Boston market. "We've seen tremendous growth in the number of spray foam insulation contractors, which is a highly specialized product that requires skilled applicators. It's more important than ever that services like Angie's List help consumers find the right contractor with the right certifications and experience by providing real, customer-generated information about their actual experiences with the contractors they hire."
Dion says his company will use the Angie's List award as a badge of trust for consumers looking for a top quality job. "Everything we do is designed to be best-practices. We use one of the most trusted manufacturers of spray foam insulation in the U.S.—NCFI Polyurethanes with over 50 years of experience with foam, train our people well, and never take shortcuts. This award gives us a way to let real customers who've hired us tell potential customers what kind of company we truly are."
Mitch Clifton, director of business dev. for NCFI Polyurethanes, makers of the foam insulation Dion uses, says Closed Cell Structures is the kind of contractor they want using their foam. "We care more about who sprays our product than anyone. Paul's company is one of our Gold Star top tier contractors and they've earned it by being better trained, more knowledgeable about health and safety standards, real world applications, and general business knowledge than the average contractor. We trust Closed Cell Structures to spray our products as meant to be sprayed in Boston and all around the northeast. We congratulate Paul and everyone at Closed Cell Structures on their 'Super Service Award.'"
