New Non-Heated Spray Foam System Allows Use of More Lightweight and Compact Equipment

CARTERSVILLE, GA – August 18, 2011 – Burtin Polymer Laboratories recently announced the release of their new 1420 Series RTF (Room Temperature Foam) system. The new RTF is the first of its kind and is currently available in 0.5-pound density open-cell and 2-pound density closed-cell formulations. The new plural component, high-pressure spray foam system was designed to process without the need of heated proportioning equipment at a recommended application temperature range of 70-110 degrees.

According to BPL, their new, revolutionary product will open new doors in the spray foam industry by allowing contractors to use more lightweight and compact equipment with the ease of standard 110-volt power requirements.

Ideal for smaller projects that do not warrant the use of a large spray rig setup with 55-gallon drums of foam product, BPL’s RTF will provide much better physical properties and coverage than commonly used low pressure disposable tank kits.
