SprayWorks and PMC Design and Build New Demo-Oriented Spray Rig
CANTON, OH–April 1, 2014–In today’s market, customers understand the value of using quality domestic products and services. Polyurethane Machinery Corporation (PMC) is well known for their high-performance spray foam and polyurea equipment, which are proudly manufactured in the USA. Founded on the principle of “Designed with the Customer in Mind,” PMC has engineered a polyurethane machinery system that features a basic open construction design, rugged time-tested technology, relay logic controls, and years of service reliability. PMC’s products are designed and supported by a team of skilled individuals with over 100 years of experience in the polyurethane industry.
PMC will be visiting various industry construction sites along with select trade shows around the country to introduce their new and existing spray foam and polyurea equipment lines. Created by SprayWorks Equipment Group, the newly built spray rig is a 24-foot gooseneck trailer that features a secondary 3Ph disconnect box, allowing for the quick-change demo of proportioning machines. This way, customers will have an opportunity to try out various types of spray equipment before making a purchase.
A Quality Spray Rig for Quality Products
“PMC wants the best–a quality venue in which to display their equipment. It’s another way of letting people know that PMC, and SprayWorks, offer integrity in everything they do,” explained Dave Penta, Vice President of Sales for Spray Works. Dave’s attention to detail in the mobile spray rig was a labor of love. The arrangement of equipment and items throughout the rig are designed for the user’s convenience, cleanliness, and safety. It definitely reflects PMC’s philosophy of designing with the customer in mind.
The mobile spray rig also features diamond plating, inlet pressure and temperature gauges, 220 Volt shore power option, a half-inch airline disconnect to the PMCA and PA spray foam and coating systems, Barrel Blazer drum heaters, three overhead cabinets, a rooftop AC heating unit, and an OSHA-approved 15-minute portable eyewash station.
History and Tradition
Personnel from both SprayWorks and PMC have “ancient” histories, going as far back as the early Gusmer days. This history has enabled them to develop a unique perspective in understanding the needs of the customer. It has proven to be a winning combination that has set them apart from other spray-equipment companies.
“We could have chosen to represent and partner with other OEM equipment manufacturers,” explained Penta. “However, after reviewing all of the available product lines, we chose PMC because of their quality equipment and dedication to excellence.
“So, we have shown our support by becoming PMC’s largest distributer. Together, we have become an unbeatable team. We have grown throughout the spray foam industry’s evolution and have passed that knowledge on to the next generation.”
Comprehensive Customer Service: A Recipe for Success
PMC and SprayWorks share the same business philosophy: excellence in customer service. SprayWorks Equipment Group, PMC’s premier distributor, prides itself on giving customers the time and attention they deserve to make important purchases. Both companies have been providing customers with unparalleled experiences in gaining product knowledge and in obtaining quality equipment.
“We want to offer the best equipment at a reasonable price and provide people with a viable alternative in the marketplace,” explained Bill Hrynkiewicz, Vice President of PMC. “When you call us, you get to speak with a live person who is knowledgeable about our products. In fact, customers are welcome to visit our facility to see, first-hand, how our machines are built.”
Thomas Rivera, Technical Service Representative for PMC, sums up the sentiments of both companies by saying, “We take care of our customers. It’s all about developing the long-term relationship, and we are always willing to go the extra mile to maintain customer satisfaction.”
