What’s On at SprayFoam 2025 in Daytona Beach

Spray Foam Magazine – Winter Issue 2024 – Many folks in the industry have already begun solidifying plans to attend SprayFoam 2025 Convention & Expo. Nicknamed ‘SPRAYTONA’ because of its return to Daytona Beach, Florida, this year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever. Dates for this show are February 9th - 12th, so mark your calendars! The following is a short guide of some highlights of what will be offered at the spray foam industry’s largest annual event this winter.

Like recent years, SprayFoam 2025 will host free onsite Field Exams for SPFA’s Professional Certification Program (PCP). Scheduled for Saturday February 8th; Sunday, February 9th; and Monday, February 10th, the Field Exams are an important step for certification candidates seeking to become PCP Certified Master Installers. A big thank you to the many SPFA sponsors and volunteers who will make free Field Exams possible at SPRAYTONA.

Additionally, along with the numerous certification courses being offered, the show will present a Professional Certification Assistant Course specifically for Spanish speakers. The course will be offered on Sunday, February 9th.

In other exciting news, SprayFoam 2025 will introduce SPFA’s inaugural Sporting Clay Classic on Sunday, February 9th from 11:30 am – 3:00 pm. This event will be held at Volusia County Skeet and Trap Club, where attending industry professionals will connect, compete, and have fun in a relaxed outdoor setting. Don't miss this exciting opportunity to network while showing off your marksmanship skills!

This year’s event will also forego the traditional keynote address and instead bring attendees something they actually requested – an Expert Industry Panel. During the convention’s General Session, which kicks off at 8:00 am on Tuesday, February 11th, the panel will feature some of spray foam’s foremost leaders including: Mary Bogdan - Senior Scientist at Honeywell; Rick Duncan, PhD, PE - Technical Consultant for SPFA; Robert Jamieson - CEO of Quadrant Performance Materials; Will Lorenz - President of General Coatings Inc.; and Bonnie Strickler - President of PUFF, Inc. I will have the great honor of serving as Moderator for this panel at SPRAYTONA, which is anticipated to cover numerous, timely topics designed to help contractors grow their business.
