20-35 pro iso lube
during operation, proportioner works fine. on ratio and so forth. a little leakage out of the resin side, but this is normal. 4 year old machine. what we do notice is the plastic lines have a big air bubble going back and forth up and down the 2 tubes.4-6 inches close to the iso pump cylinder. lube and air make it in the fitings of the cylinder. but everything is operating fine. took plastic fittings apart friday. no restrictions. tiny bit of crud in plastic 90 degree elbows. iso pump lube is changed often & is clear at present. fittings appear tight. teflon tape on threads. what am I seeing going on here? |

Doesn't sound like the lube pump is working. If the bubble jumps but doesn't push through the lines, then the pump isn't returning to neutral position for the next cycle. Make sure the spring is working, and the lube pump isn't dragging. We installed a heavier spring in our Guardian, and it worked fine. have fun, `oG |

At the bottom of the hoses in the lube reservoir, one of the check valves is probably stuck. George |
