customer service rep of the year
AS you know, I don't post on these forums to help encourage free discussion. However I would like to make folks aware of an award I will be giving out to the customer service rep of the year. When I was spraying foam I was fortunate to know and have access to a few supplier reps who were able to help me with all kinds of technical help from equipment troubleshooting to help with materials, jobs and code officials, etc. I would like to recognize the folks who have gone out of their way to help out their customers. So, let me know who you think deserves to be named the customer service rep of the year. I know many folks out there who have a great reputation for putting their company hat aside to help their customers. What individual provided you with the best service this year? Be specific we would like to know why you think he or she deserves to be Mason's customer service rep of the year. Please post your nominations on the Ask Mason Knowles forum. After two weeks of nominations, we will evaluate the list and vote on the top 5. |

If there is anyone I know who is the know it all of foam equipment that would be Bob Jutras of Intech Equipment. He is always very helpful and always goes out of his way to help. I beleive he is a guest speaker at the convention in Texas. |

Well I have to say you might need some clarification in that customer service award. There are customer service reps that help with materials: placing orders for foam/poly and perhaps recommending a product. There are customer service reps that help with parts/equipment orders: getting the right parts and equipment to then end user in a timely manner. And in my opinion it should be the technical service dept helping with the foam applications, machine troubleshooting and code questions. Overall it should be a team effort to keep the customer happy, coming back for more and telling their buddies who gives the best service/product/support. |

Oops, it wouldn't let me edit, but sometimes they can get all of this from their sales rep. |

The award is open to any person who has provided exceptional customer service that makes your life as a contractor better. This can be the equipment guy to the sales rep to the folks in th office or the warehouse. Anything from getting your spray rig working again to getting a code official to accept your material. I kept it very general on purpose. Also, Remember this is the last day for nominations then we will place in on the board for a vote. |
