dop contamination
we use DOP in our dip tubes to hold our stick pumps when we change out our barrels. Does anyone know/can estimate how contaminated the DOP should be before changing it? (maybe change DOP in tubes every 10 or 20 uses?)

Why wouldn't you pull your pump out of the empty drum and immediatly put it into a full drum and eliminate dip tubs, contaminated DOP, headaches and hassles? Just my 2 cents. |

This is part time work and the jobs are sometimes weeks apart (especially in the winter). Instead of buying a new drum when the old one is empty/low, I will use the dip tubes until a new job comes along. |

DOP will turn white when it gets over contaminated, if it goes too long it will gel and turn to a paste. |
