Finding and Hiring an experienced sprayer
Hi Mason, do you know how we can find a good sprayer ? We have done national searches with no success. Please let us know if you have any ideas of finding experienced talent. Thank you!

It is not easy to find an experienced applicator. Typically if they are good and reliable, the company they work for will try very hard to retain their services. If they get disatisfied, they have a tendency to start their own business. You could try advertising for an applicator in sprayfoammagazine.com's classifieds. However, I always liked to train my own sprayers when I was in contracting. I'm sure you know folks that have great mechanical skills with reliable work history that would be interested in leaning a new trade.
