fresh air system
could someone suggest a good fresh air system for 2 or 3 men.I am trying to stay in attics longer and cannot figure out the best system. Someone told me that if I use a fresh air system and a cool vest that I could stay up there for 6-7 hours in the heat of the day

Allegro makes a two man fresh air system that can be used with half mask,full face or hooded respirators. check them out at www.allegrosafety.com. |

3m makes a Vortex Cooler that works great. You still will need a full face resperator or hood. The Vortex will cool the air supply way down. It makes the air down right cold. My guys use a hood setup with a tube coming from the Vortex cooler. We run a 3/8 air hose from the compressor to the Vortex. My guys say they can work all day with this setup. |
