Mixing Chambers
Some of you guys have reactors that can push 4-5 gpm and have the capability to use an 05 tip.Are there any interior guys who use a tip that big? What is the largest tip that a sprayer could comfortably use when insulating houses and pole barns? What is the best tip size for roof spraying? -foamilyman |

the largest tip is the one that allows.. correct impingenment of material,,, allows the sprayer to efficiently dispense in controlled pattern,,, allows an acceptable surface profile,,, ambient temp,,substrate type,,substrate temp,,fluid reactivity,,all that jazz can influence tip size as well,, 60/60 52/52 sidewalls/lids e30 70/70 60/60 sidewalls/lids pro we do shoot some slabs with the 86/86 but it dont come out to play to much,,, |
