plugged recirculation valve
Has any one had any problems with the A side recirculation valve on a graco E10 machine plugging up? Mine must be getting plugged a bit because when I put it in fast recirc mode my pressures are about 600 psi apart, then I take recirc valve out and take it apart and clean it, pressures are about 200 psi apart, which I heard is normal. Any help would be appreciated.

You probably already figured it out by now. But, in case you have not: The problem is typically the check ball in the lower part of the pump. If you need more help, chime in and I'll explain. |

Thanks for your input, something I never thought of, but I do know of the ball your talking about. I've had the pump apart a couple times trying to fix other problems that had nothing to do with the pump. I changed out the A side recirc. valve and the problem seems to have gone away but I won't know for sure until I start it up again. But I do appreciate you taking the time to let me know what you think. If the problem persists I will go the pump route. |
