pressure problems with glascraft A5-6000
can not build up more than 600 psi.running 120 psi at machine. free flow of flow works fine. start sprayingand machine only make couple strokes and is very sluggish. anyone have this happen?????????? |

how long have you been pushing too much air into ur machine? 100 psi max for that machine at the regulator. do you have a good air drier and is it functioning properly? water in the air motor could slow it down to say the least. even a little moisture over time will destroy the self lubricating o rings. i assume you checked all your screens???? did it start acting up all at once or was it a developing problem/ also how "used" is ur machine? and does ur compressor seem to be kicking on less now or does it seem to be using the same cfm as before the problem? |
