Quonset Quote
I will be quoting on 2 large quonsets (pole sheds). I have yet to go see them to due the distance. Both have 1.5" corrugated panels. Approximately, how much would you add to the quote to compensate for the corrugation?

The shed has a dirt floor, should I add another 0.5' ft to compensate for the uneven surface to create a seamless barrier between the foam and dirt floor?

The thing to remember is that each 1.5-foot panel is made from a 2 foot wide piece of steel. So to do the math if the building is 30 feet long there are 20-2foot panels or 40feet of steel to spray.

I learned this the hard way and lost money on the first one I sprayed.

Hope this helps

You can accurately determine the amount of steel by measuring from one rib to the next. Figure out the direct distance from one rib to the next, then carefully follow the profile of the steel with your tape. This will tell you how much steel was actually used to create the profile. Every manufacturer uses a different profile.
