Recirc System
Does anyone have a good setup for recircing materials? I used to recirc by attaching my P2 side blocks to a recirc block but always had trouble with A side getting hard after sitting for a few days. Is it better to recirc through the entire heated hose lines or just recirc from the relief/bleed off valves on the front of the H20/35? |

Make sure you use a moisture lock hose that will prevent hardening. Also cap the hose recirculation block when not in use. Drums should be sealed at pump and recirculation line and have either a dessicant cartridge or one way valve. |

I guess hose was part of the problem. The Manufacturer suggested we use that clear reinforced hose so we could see the fluid moving through the line. In their defense, the intent was to recirc the lines every couple of days. So do most of you recirc through the main hose or use the bleed out valves? |

why is this so complicated??? take the hose block and set the block over the 3/4" bung,,,open manual valve,,,turn on hose heat...turn on xfer pump and let it push the fluid thru the hose set if you aint got one of them fancy jog recirc systems... special see thru hose???you got to be kiddin me were there lips movin??? if the friggin xfer pumps strokin,,fluid is movin..close your eyes and visualize.... |
