removing overspray on circuit breaker panel
Mason, Do you have any recommendations on what to use to remove cc foam overspray on a metal circuit breaker panel? Thanks. -Jason |

I am not familiar with any solvent that works. So, a very careful scraping and buffing is required. If it was outside, Clay Magic works very well when removing foam from metal surfaces, but the foam has to have been degraded from UV for a few weeks. But if it is inside, You may need to repaint the breaker box after scraping the foam off and buffing the metal with 00 steel wool. Good Luck, |

I've done this and had pretty good results with bronze wool. It's available at fine woodworking stores and some boating stores. It does dull the paint finish, but then Clay Magic or auto buffing compound can polish it back up if necessary. Mark |
