soyfoam shrinkage
use soyfoam in stud cavity on house limited areas shrunk. surface temp 50, heaters at 116-119,pressure 1100-1350. any suggestions. anyone spray foam on all steel buildings with suface temps around 40.if so what settings waterblown or not and how well did it work

Are you picture framing the stud cavities? What Lb are you using? I have heard that the 1 and 1.2 Lb foams are more prone to shrinkage. |

How thick did you put the foam? How thick was each pass? What was the moisture content of the wood? Was it open or closed cell? |

1.7 pound, and .5 pound low surface moisture 2 pound 1-1.5 inch passes, .5 pound 4-5inches. good clean surfaces, no problem that i can see with substrate |
