Tip Size/Performance
Guys, I am spraying my first residential roof deck with CC, Fusion air purge and a 3333 fan tip. Heat at 130 and pressure at 1400. Foam is water blown polar blend. We only seem to be getting a 1 inch rise on each pass. We struggle to spray a set in 6 hours. I believe something is not right but am not sure for yield is not where I think it should be and amount sprayed is less than I believe it can be. We are using band heaters at 80 degrees, with the temp in NY at about 50 degrees in the morning and gets to 60 -65 by mid day and then 50 at night.. We are using an E-20. Thanks
