Another Champion of Polyurea Technology Passes On

Villach, Austria – September 5, 2010 - Much to our regret we inform you on behalf of company Hercules GmbH, that a long-time colleague and friend, Mr. Gebhard Rauter died on Sunday, 5th of September 2010. With a lot of patience he battled against his disease – unfortunately without success.

Gebhard not only was an esteemed colleague, but he was also a friend to many beyond international boarders. The polyurea technology was a hobbyhorse in Gebhard’s career. Sparing no efforts and expenses he tried unrestingly to impart polyurea technology to the best of his knowledge.

Gebhard has been an esteemed technician and brainstormer in the range of spray-unit-technology. His mission also was, to impart his knowledge and he demonstrated this in close co-operation with Mr. Primeaux II repeatedly during several spray courses and trainings in Europe. Unfortunately he couldn’t realize his future visions anymore.

Dudley Primeaux II, a close friend and associate had this to say, “Gebhard was the spirit and sole behind Fast Set Power Units in Villach, Austria.  He assisted quite strongly with the promotion of the PolyVers polyurea line and was instrumental in our training courses we held there in Europe - He was a friend and associate, he will be missed...”

Both Polyurea.com and SprayFoam.com will miss Gebhard. We wish his family and close friends the best of wishes and our deepest sympathies during this difficult time.
