Application Deadline Looming for 2012 Polyurethane Technical Conference
ATLANTA, GA – January 30, 2012 - Don’t miss out on the opportunity to showcase your company’s innovations and advancements at the 2012 Polyurethanes Technical Conference. Submit your paper abstracts to the Center for the Polyurethanes Industry (CPI) of the American Chemistry Council by February 1. Poster abstracts, on the other hand, are due about a month before the show, on August 22, 2012. Submission instructions, guidelines for development of papers, and templates can be found on CPI's website, polyurethane.americanchemistry.com.
At the 2012 conference, scheduled from September 24-26 at the Omni Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, paper and poster presenters will have the opportunity to reach hundreds of leaders and innovators in the polyurethane field. The conference’s technical presentations are a fixture of the annual event, which drew nearly 800 attendees in 2011.
Papers and posters may address innovations and developments in any area involving polyurethane chemistry or uses, including new polyurethane products or applications; raw material or additive innovations; or breakthroughs in equipment design or operation. Criteria for technical papers and posters include originality and relevance of the technology. Awards are given to papers and posters for each session and category.
