CPi, Inc. Releases New Ultra-Compact Spray Foam Rig
March 23, 2009 - North Canton, OH - Construction Polymers International, Inc. (CPi) has just released a brand new, ultra-compact spray foam rig called the 312vs.
This new addition to their 300 class of rigs is a 12’ V-nose trailer that sits on 7,000 lbs. GVWR axles and can hold up to two sets of foam. This rig from CPi is a shore power only configuration that comes equipped with a Graco E-20 proportioner, perfect for those new to the residential insulation business or for a seasoned contractor in need of a more compact, maneuverable rig, especially for situations with limited space. In fact, the 12’ v-nose rig is the first to be commercially produced at such a small size, making it one of the most versatile rigs currently on the market.
Largely due to the current economic climate, CPi has priced this rig, which offers a complete turnkey spray foam solution, at a modest $29,970. “CPi engineered an ultra-compact rig that helps new spray foam contractors get into the business as well as letting existing contractors expand their business during these tough times,” explains John Sesic, VP of Marketing at CPi, Inc.
The 312vs is a complete spray foam solution that features a Graco E-20 reactor, 5hp single phase vertical air compressor, 160’ of Graco heated hose, 220v shore-power, and support for two sets of material, all contained in a 12’ + 4’ V-nose x 8’ shell. Other features of the system include a rear ramp for easy loading, CPi signature silver tile board with detailed trim work, IPM IP-02 transfer pumps, Hankinson 20 CFM air dryer, and air manifold assembly as well as a contractor toolbox.
Additional Info:
At 7,000 GVWR, CPi claims the 312vs can feasibly be towed by a Ford 5.4L F150.
