CPI Now Accepting Abstracts for 2012 Conference
ATLANTA, GA - November 3, 2011 - The Center for the Polyurethanes Industry (CPI) of the American Chemistry Council is now accepting abstracts for papers and posters for the 2012 Polyurethanes Technical Conference. Paper abstracts are due February 1, 2012, and poster abstracts are due August 22, 2012. Submission instructions, guidelines for development of papers and templates can be found on CPI's website, www.americanchemistry.com/polyurethane.
At the 2012 conference, scheduled for September 24-26, 2012, at the Omni Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, paper and poster presenters will have the opportunity to reach hundreds of leaders and innovators in the polyurethane field. The conference's technical presentations are a fixture of the annual event, which drew nearly 800 attendees in 2011.
Papers and posters may address innovations and developments in any area involving polyurethane chemistry or uses, including new polyurethane products or applications; raw material or additive innovations; or breakthroughs in equipment design or operation. Criteria for technical papers include originality and relevance of the technology, while posters are judged on both technical and artistic merits. Awards are given to papers and posters for each session and category.
