Dodge Data & Analytics Unveiled New Research on Performance Management Best Practices at AGC
NEW YORK – March 2, 2018 – At the 99th Annual AGC Convention, Steve Jones, Dodge Data & Analytics’s Senior Director of Industry Insights Research, lead a session on “Implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): A Strategic Approach.” The convention took place on February 25th-28th at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Presenting new Dodge research on over 20 project management processes, Jones showed that monitoring their frequency can positively impact project outcomes. Panelists from Gilbane Building Company, Hensel Phelps and Southland Industries also described their experiences with KPIs. The session took place on Tuesday, February 27th, from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.
Dodge Data & Analytics also participated in the 2018 AGC Equipment, Technology & Solutions Expo, exhibiting the suite of capabilities available within Dodge Construction Central at booth #1204. Dodge was a Gold Sponsor of the convention.
The Associated General Contractors of America’s (AGC) Annual Convention & Expo attracted business executives from leading general and specialty contractor firms around the country, hosting more than 100 exhibitors and 2,500 visitors from across the construction industry.
