Dow Chemical Announces New Polyurethanes Service Center in Brasov

Jon Penrice, Vice President Dow Polyurethanes Europe, Middle East, Africa and India (EMEAI), said during the opening ceremony: "We are proud to open our first Service Center in Romania. It will take our partnership with Balkan customers to the next level by bringing local expertise to improve response times and addressing specific customer needs. It aligns with our global strategy to develop customized solutions that are geared to provide our customers competitive advantage today and prepare them for the challenges of tomorrow.”

The Polyurethanes Service Center will offer tailored technical service, including product demonstrations, prototype development and mechanical testing of final goods. Additionally, it will provide trainings for customers and have warehousing capabilities for several Polyurethane Systems. Expanding an already strong network of more than 20 sites for production, development and service all over EMEAI, the technical experts located at Brasov will enable customers to become involved in innovations that will address their unique needs.
