Gaco Western’s WallFoam 184 BIO Offers Green Upside in Down Market
SEATTLE – The green building market is expected to grow to $70 billion by 2013 and energy-efficient products like high-performance, naturally renewable-based insulation products will have a significant impact on continuing this momentum. To meet this increasing demand, Gaco Western, manufacturer of the most technologically advanced elastomeric coatings and polyurethane spray foam for the construction and waterproofing industries offers builders and contractors – WallFoam 184 BIO – a super-efficient, naturally renewable spray foam insulation and air barrier.
“Increased energy efficiency is a driving force in today’s green housing market,” said Tom Sojak, vice president of sales for Gaco Western’s WallFoam Division. Our WallFoam 184 BIO foam is a key ingredient to the energy-savings equation – it’s a sustainable insulation that can cut monthly energy bills by up to 30 percent – something that builders can hang their hats on when marketing to consumers and differentiating their business.”
Gaco WallFoam 184 BIO is an HFC-blown (zero-ozone depleting) liquid spray foam insulation containing polyols derived from naturally renewable oils, post-consumer recycled plastics and pre-consumer recycled materials with no CFC’s, HCFC’s or other gases harmful to the environment. Gaco WallFoam 184 BIO is a Class I fire-rated foam.
