Gama Corporation Files Antitrust Countersuit Against Graco

June 30, 2008 - TRENTON, NJ - In response to a lawsuit filed by Graco in New Jersey, Gama Corporation and Denis Commette filed an antitrust lawsuit against Graco
Inc. and Graco Minnesota. In their lawsuit, Gama and Mr. Commette allege that Graco has achieved a monopoly in the in-plant polyurethane processing equipment IPPE industry; has wrongfully abused that monopoly power in an effort to harm Gama; has wrongfully used its monopoly power to threaten Gama and its customers; and has wrongfully conspired and otherwise attempted to prevent Gama from fairly obtaining
business. A copy of the antitrust claim is available online at http://www.gama-usa.com/news.html.

Gama intends to aggressively fight for its right to do business in its markets, despite the alleged wrongful conduct of Graco. Gama is 100% committed to remaining in and growing its business, and to offering its customers a high-quality alternative to Graco's IPPE product line.

Gama and Mr. Commette are represented in this matter by the law firms of Winston & Strawn, LLP and Tompkins, McGuire, Wachenfeld & Barry, LLP.
