Gama Machinery Appoints John Pardi as National Sales Manager
September 2009 - Gama Machinery USA, Inc is pleased to announce the appointment of John Pardi as their National Sales Manager. Mr. Pardi, no stranger to the plural component industry, successfully developed the equipment division at IPI, Elkton MD and then worked for five years as New Business Development Manager for Gusmer Machinery, Lakewood NJ.
While working at IPI, Mr. Pardi implemented one stop shopping for a national parts and service group. This group established local service for the end users with an extensive inventory based in Florida. He also helped develop standardized training programs by working with national certification organizations such as SSPC, NACE and PDA. John then served on the committees that implemented these training programs.
While at Gusmer, John worked with the Polyurea coatings system houses to expand the Gusmer style heated hose technologies to markets historically served by the epoxy equipment manufacturers. Mr. Pardi has spent the last several years as Sales Manager for a large equipment manufacturing company. He is “very excited to rekindle the relationships I formed in the urethane industry while working with IPI and Gusmer.”
In his new role at Gama, Mr. Pardi’s goals include “expanding distributor relations, introducing new American-made products, determining how to help contractors expand their markets and introducing new high performance and lower cost replacement hoses, transfer pumps and spare parts.”
