Georgia Spray Foam Equipment Supply Company Backs Success With Excellent Customer Service

CLAXTON, GA – October 24, 2011 – Located in southeastern Georgia, with a branch office in east-central Mississippi, Urethane Supply Inc. is a spray foam insulation equipment supply company that prides itself not only on the construction of quality spray foam rigs, but also for its commitment to quality customer service.

Prior to going into business supplying spray foam equipment, Urethane Supply founders Rusty Collins and Lee Burkhalter opened their first heating and air conditioning company in 1996.

Three years later, Collins and Burkhalter founded their first spray foam insulation company.

“The idea of Collins and Burkhalter selling equipment stemmed from them working in spray foam insulation,” said Jennifer Shurling, manager of Business and Marketing Development at Urethane Supply. “They both started building spray foam & coating rigs for contractors in those markets, and that’s how Urethane Supply was born.”

Currently, Urethane Supply primarily focuses on the construction of custom spray foam rigs, as well as the sale of supplies to a number of different spray foam and coating contractors.

“We sell a variety of different pieces of equipment,” Shurling said. “We are a certified Graco parts and supply distributor. We also distribute Morse Industrial generators, as well as safety equipment from Bullard.”

Shurling stated that the company’s largest client is the Masco Insulation Company.

“We sell them parts, provide technical support and build several custom rigs for their division,” Shurling said. “We also offer service and support for all of their divisions.”

Although Urethane Supply supplies equipment to numerous spray foam insulation companies all over the U.S., the company attributes its success to standout customer service and top-notch technical support.

“We’re here to make our customers happy,” Shurling said. “Talking them through their problems to find a solution is our main focus.”

Shurling stated that some of the customer services that the company offers include in-house and on-site spray foam rig repairs, technical support over the phone and PDF manuals on the company’s website.

“We may be asked a question occasionally, that we may not know the answer to,” Shurling said. “But we will not stop working until we find the answer.”
