Icynene Announces New Chief Financial Officer

MISSISSAUGA, ON – June 8, 2015 – Spray foam insulation manufacturer, Icynene is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Sommers, who joins the company’s executive management team as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sommers assumes responsibility for the spray foam manufacturer’s internal and external financial responsibilities globally.

Mr. Sommers brings more than 20 years of financial leadership and management experience to the role, most recently as Chief Financial Officer for CP Flexible Packaging Inc., a private equity-sponsored manufacturer of flexible plastic packaging. During his career, Mr. Sommers has held senior financial positions with Ametek, Accusort Systems, a Danaher Operating Company and ICI PLC.
