SPF Equipment Manufacturer Polycraft to Exhibit at UTECH Europe 2012

MAASTRICHT, NL - April 12, 2012 - Polycraft, an equipment manufacturer based out of Rodgau, Germany, will be taking its products up the road to the city of Maastricht, in the southern part of The Netherlands, for UTECH Europe 2012.

UTECH is touted as the leading international event for the polyurethanes industry, with the most recent attendance numbers showing over 100 exhibiting companies and over 3,000 attendees from 85 countries. The event will take place at the MECC Maastricht convention center from April 17-19.

Polycraft develops, manufacturers and distributes OEM heated hoses and accessories for SPF and polyurea machines. The company, which will be located in booth 953, will be exhibiting its proven line of continuous heated hoses, which are available up to 200ft (60m), as well as its whip gun hoses with integrated temperature sensors. In addition, the company is excited to show off its new DS line of heated hoses with special geotextile insulation.

"Most heated hoses consist of elastomer/rubber insulation which is sensitive and can easily ripped off during application despite a scuff jacket protection," said Klaus Buecking, owner of Polycraft. "Polycraft's new DS hoses have geomembrane insulation and are more flexible, light weight and durable compared to conventional heated hoses."

The insulation consists of non-woven fabric with a 100% polyester protective sheet that has low permeability and very low thermal conductivity. Compared to conventional heated hoses insulated with black rubber, Polycraft's DS-line of hoses have higher tear resistance, tensile strength and frictional resistance.
