Leading the pack is the B3M-100 Premium Box Truck.  The Spray Foam Rig line is rounded out by the B3M-200 20’ Tag Along Trailer and the B3M-300 Gooseneck Trailer.  Demilec claims that whether you are new to the spray foam world or are already an established business owner, there has never been a better time to take your production to the next level.

All B3M Series Spray Foam Rigs come equipped with High Performance Graco Equipment.  The Graco Reactor E-30 comes standard but Demilec (USA) LLC also offers full customization with optional units such as the H-25, the H-40 and the H-50 with various heater packages.  Heated hoses up to 400’ are available.  The B3M Series Rigs are also equipped with top of the line Morse Generators capable of driving two 15.3kw Graco Reactor E-30 Spray Machines AND two fresh air masks simultaneously.  Regardless of the size of your operation, this machine will cover all of your bases.  The Morse Generator is mounted in the front of the Rig with easy full size door access to ensure you never have to climb around to reach your Generator.  A full Safety Center (First Aid Kid, Fire Extinguisher, Eye Wash Station) with breather box, Tyvek hood with cool tube, MSDS center, and wall mounted safety signs and diagrams (start up, shut down and operational procedures) also come standard.
