Spray Foam Systems Expands Operation to Meet Increased Demand for Spray Rigs
GREENSBORO, GA – May 14, 2013 - Spray Foam Systems LLC, one of the leading manufacturers and distributors of spray foam equipment, is pleased to announce the expansion of their operation by opening a brand new facility. The 31,500 sq. ft.facility, which is located right next to the company’s original building in Greensboro, Georgia, will be used primarily for the manufacturing of their ProPAK mobile spray rigs.
“The reasoning behind the opening of this facility was the growing demand we’ve had for our ProPAK mobile spray rigs,” said T.J. Peters, general manager of Spray Foam Systems. Spray Foam Contractors praise the ProPAK line of rigs as simple, easy to use turn-key spray foam systems backed by Professional Training and Technical Support.
The expansion of the new facility was driven by the demand for the the ProPAK mobile spray rigs, which has been facilitated by SprayFoamRig.com. Spray Foam Systems launched SprayFoamRig.com, a one-stop website for spray foam equipment and supplies in 2013.
With the new facility, Spray Foam Systems will also be able to keep up with their 1-2 week build-time for standard ProPAK models.
“We are able to provide high quality spray foam rigs for more spray foam contractors at a faster rate,” said Peters. “With this new facility, we are going to be able to better serve the entire spray foam industry.”
The new facility will also be used to stock additional inventory in order to supply spray foam contractors with everything they would need, according to Peters.
Spray Foam Systems also has plans for renovating the original 10,000 sq. ft. facility into a training facility that will eventually host SPFA Professional Certification Program courses. Members of the Spray Foam Systems staff are SPFA Certified as Master Installers, Projects Managers, and Field Examiners.
“We are committed to training contractors correctly and professionally. It is our goal to expand and upgrade our current training facility with a state-of-the-art facility by the end of the year,” said Peters.
