SWD Responds to COVID-19
MESA, AZ – March 18, 2020 – In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, many operations throughout the spray foam industry have been interrupted. While things may not be running "normally," suppliers, like SWD, are making the necessary adjustments and want the public to know that they are still available to help and to troubleshoot any issues that might arise. The following is the company's note to their partners:
SWD Partners,
We understand that there is a lot of uncertainty and fear circulating in both our personal and business lives at the moment in regard to the impact of the COVID-19 situation.
We want to reassure each of you that our Supply Chain and Operations teams have been working diligently for the past 3 weeks to go upstream as far as possible to understand and limit any risks to our supply chain as COVID-19 evolves. We continue our conversations on a daily basis and believe that we are in a very strong position to continue the supply of our products to each of you with minimal interruptions at this time.
We have taken steps in accordance with recommendations by the CDC in regard to the safety of our team members and have asked our employees to hold their health and safety, and your health and safety at the forefront of their intentions and efforts.
We are working hard to mitigate risks and will continue to do so for our greater polyurethane foam community and our SWD family, which includes each of you.
If you have concerns in regard to our business together or any of your support needs, please be reassured that we stand entirely ready, willing and able to continue to assist you with business needs.
We are asking our remote teams to consider maximizing their use of technology including FaceTime,GoToMeetings and other electronic systems to ensure that we continue to deliver the service that you need in your business.
Please know that we will continue the highest level of attention on this matter, and will continue in our commitment to communicate with you in a timely fashion as we move through this challenging time together.
