Planned Recreation
As part of the event this year, Sherwin-Williams is sponsoring a genuine bucket-list experience: a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon. After enjoying bird’s-eye views of this awe-inspiring natural wonder, the group will land on the canyon floor for a short reception and photo opportunities. On the return flight, participants will witness the beautiful sunset over the canyon and the amazing light show of the Las Vegas Strip.
“We’ll also bring our legendary Casino Night to Nevada,” said Palmer. “Sponsored by Tnemec, this signature event gives all participants the chance to have some fun competing for great prizes!”
Other planned activities include a golf outing sponsored by PPG at Reflection Bay, a challenging golf course that offers a great experience for golfers of all skill levels, and a tour of the Hoover Dam.
“The event continues to grow in stature and importance to the industry, and its impact is unmatched,” Palmer added. “Industrial painting contractors get time to connect with executives from key industry suppliers in an intimate setting that allows for proprietary and mutually beneficial conversations.
“Our goal is to make every TPC Connect better than the previous year. This will be the most memorable and generative Connect event we’ve ever produced for industrial coatings professionals—and it’s only possible thanks to the generous support of our sponsors.”
Qualified contracting company leaders can attend the event at no charge. To be invited as a hosted contractor and learn more about participating, visit the event website.
“Hosted contractors enjoy complimentary air travel, room, food, and activities,” continued Palmer. “All they need to do is commit the time to attend. And many of our past participants have brought significant others.”
