Wedge Roofing, Inc First In California to Achieve National Spray Foam Certification
SAN FRANCISCO, CA - June 20, 2013 - Leading the way for safe and precisespray foam roofing and insulation, Wedge Roofing is the first contractor in California to successfully pass the new rigorous standards of testing established by the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA) earning accreditation as Advanced Level Master Installers and Project Managers for both spray foam roofing and spray foam insulation.
Launched in February, the SPFA Professional Certification Program (PCP) establishes the highest standards for safety, performance, quality and professionalism for spray foam contractors. According to the SPFA, this internationally recognized certification establishes Wedge Roofing’s demonstrated expertise, essential knowledge, skills and abilities inherent among the highest class of spray foam professionals.
As a spray foam industry leader in the San Francisco Bay Area, Wedge Roofing was part of a select group of spray foam professionals invited as the first in the nation to participate in the SPFA testing. Meeting the required experience and training requirements, the Wedge Roofing spray foam team traveled to Wisconsin, Georgia and Florida where they successfully passed the extensive field and written examinations.
