$10.00 an hour for prep work and changing drums out is fine. Minimum wage is $5.85 or $6.25.There is plenty of work out there in Louisiana in the oilfield industry and I have a dozen or so guys that are worth there salt that will work for me for $10.00 an hour right now if I wanted them. |
