8.5" Crawl Space
Home in zone 4, Virginia. Found mold under existing subfloor of an add on room. Concrete slap with curb. Existing vents. Want to remove subfloor, spay 3" of cc foam on slab and walls/silk , new plywood subfloor and close vents. So will have an encapsulated space but with no air exchange except through ply subfloor. Current pad is dry, moisture from pad and vents.Good idea? Anything better you can suggest? Thank you |
