A LITTLE HONESTY GOES A LONG WAY
Today I received a phone call from an engineer in St Louis. I had done a presentation for them some years ago...and the guy remembered me (scary). Anyway, the reason he called is that he remembered my close "I would prefer that you spray my foam, but if not spray someone's foam...foam will always work better than fiberglass any day". He called me because he had just finished presentations from two different applicators, representing to different manufacturers. One manufacturer claimed some 30% bio content (B side) while the other claimed 100%. I started laughing, I didn't think anyone was dumb enough to claim 100%....but I was wrong. The local "I" guy claimed to have 100% castor oil on the B side. Lost a good job today he did. This is a shame... |

I like hearing reps talk about how much yield their product gets, that can be hilarious at times! Some are close, and others aren't even in the ballpark of what they claim. |
