American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
Has anyone heard how to get in on some of the billions of $$ in the new stimulus package? I am just starting to investigate the SPF industry and trying to decide if is for me. It sure would help to get some of this money. I am thinking that since this is a "Green" industry that the gov would throw money at it.

According to what they have said, they plan to toss tons of many at all but the military, professionals and "white, male construction workers" so if you are in any of the above classifications, then good luck. Not a lot of green push going yet and even being a SDVOSB hasn't helped me a bit though we are supposed to e top of the preverbial list for picks on government work. For other structures in the private sector, it depends a ton on your area. |
