I am not aware of a cleaner that works well on cured foam, but ask your foam supplier for their recommendations on materials to flush your foam equipment and lines. You should follow the flush with a plasticizer such as DOP (dioctyl phosphate) or TCP (tricrysal phosphate) and leave it in the proportioner and lines. This will keep any A side from setting up that is not quite flushed out all the way and on the B side it will prevent build up of moisture that could contaminate the system. Most folks use a glycol ether for daily gun cleaning such as DPM. (dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether) again ask your supplier for their recommendation. |
