red devil scrapers, curry comb... 2 sided tree saw,,the curved jobby.. single sided holesaws sawsalls... necessity is the mother of invention... for large areas... the "quick plane"...air hogs but run great and last forever if taken care of(i have 1 that is 9 years old and only the blade and a thumb switch have been wrenched since new)..nice little chips,,not dust or real fine pieces the most time efficient is not to trim..LOL... control the pattern and output of your gun and spray to within 1/4" of full depth,,, |

I tried both the quick plane, and the plane easy with the carbide blade. The quick plane performed the best, but I am too impatient, it still took a long time. |

robbin,,i do my best not to trim...i feel we have a better product with the "skin on" with regard to air permience,,and,,sigh,,,in a perfect world...so when educating about foam i give a brief (yeah right) orratory about air permience and my subsequent desire to shoot short of full cavity to maintain the skin and thus provide the best air permience rating possible.... |
