Coatings Sprayer
I am wondering what the best roof coatings sprayer out there is. I am looking for something with high out put that can push thick coatings.

if you are spraying elastomeric acrylics i would say that the graco gh733 would be a good choice. its super reliable, and it puts out 3gpm at 3500 psi. I have an old gh533 that is 12-15 years old and still going fine. because they are gas-hydaulic, the pump stroke is slow and the wear is greatly reduced We use (2) of gracos gmax 7900's. they put out 2gpm at 3000psi. We spray a lot of wall elastomerics and these are very portable. When we do a large roof project we just bring both. i get about 30 barrels of coating thru each one and then repack the pump for maintenance. im not sure how long they will last compared to the gas-hydraulic. Graco makes a gh833 now. its a 4gpm unit for about $5,500.00 that would really get the coating on in a hurry. |

What do you know about the Hydramax from Graco. It has the ability to count gallons sprayed? |

Get a King pump, and you can use the compressor for other things (like air hammer, sandblast, blowing roofs off). olger |
