controled wine room
Mason I am spraying a 7500 sq. ft. home in northeast Texas with open cell. The owners added a temp controled wine room it is 8ft. by 6 ft. but one wall is concrete block below grade what is the right aproach to insulate this room with open cell? the other 3 walls are interior.

The wine room requires a vapor retarder on the warm side of the insulation on all sides of the room. Contact the supplier for their recommendations and also download SPFA technical document AY 110 (or AY 111) on insulating cold storage with SPF. The document does not address open cell foam but the principles are the same. |
