difference between foam and cellulose
can anyone give me and idea between the cost of blown in insulation and foam insulation. i am trying to do some figureing on an job for a customer. i need a cost per sq. ft. on regular insulation. regular wall roll insulation installed and blown in insulation installed. if someone could please give me some idea i would surely appreciate it. thanks

Here are the cost in my area. Fiberglass Batts R-19 $.80 sq. Ft. Blown Fiberglass R-19 $1.02 sq. ft Blown wall Cellulose $0.95 to $1.00 sq. Ft. Attic Cellulose R-49 $1.00 sq. Ft. Foam R-19 2 lb. $2.25 sq. ft. ($0.75 BF.) foam R-19 .5 lb $$1.65 sq. ft. ($0.30 BF) |

I live in BFE colorado. The prices suck out here for foam. It is pretty difficult to make things work, but I am triing to find me a saleman in a neighboring city where I may be able to charge a little more for the foam. Prices on cellulose and fiberglass is the same though. |
