does any one one know of a way to pump chemicals from 55 gallon drum straight in to the day tanks so that i do not have to keep filling the tanks by hand?

You could probably get away with a hand lever drum pump than will run you about $100 bucks or so. I pulled up Grainger before posting and there were about 20 or so ranging from $30.00 to $200.00 that would work fine. |

You can remove the day tanks and hook a set of transfer pumps to the inlet of the machine.. I have been using this setup in my shop to spray our trailers for more than a year with no problems.. if you have any questions contact me at (706)818-1942 |

Robin, my crew has sprayed 47 trailers in the year we have had the machine, and have yet to replace any parts |

Wow 47, its good to hear that others are getting the business, I don't miss building them though. I had some issues with the heater rods, not Graco's fault, but that was just insulators not wanting to spend the e-20 price, and not buying the correct machine. I didn't know there was so much trailer business in Georgia with 5 builders over there. |
