Hose heat breaker trips when when hose heat is turned on when set point is above ambient temps. Below ambient when hose is turned on no trip. From load side (bottom ) I'm reading 118v per leg but at line side on transformer I'm reading 15v per leg. Also on the single breaker on the far left (806)that goes directly to transformer I get 118 on load side with hose heat off but with hose heat on i only have 89 volts. I replaced temperature control board & the j13 wiring harness so far.The hose,current sensor, & hose all ohm out ok.

the only time I've had that problem it was the wires that connect to the breaker came loose. good luck |
