As the MFG I think it is one our most Unique Products. We don't sell it with Warranty to every Contractor, we are trying to build on the best. Thanks for the interest. Tom |

Hi Tom I spray a fair bit of polyurea and also roofing foam. When cleaning out foam while waiting for the polyurea to make it through the lines, we always got a hybrid between the two. I thought that it was the neatest product because we got the expansion of a roofing foam with a polyurea coating to it. The only problem that I had was that pinholing would occur until we had 100% polyurea running through the system. How does the expandothane handle? Does it have a tendancy to pinhole? What about the temperature that it is sprayed, are we higher than 150 Degrees or lower? Do we need to spray at high pressures 2500 psi and higher? Does it offer any insulation benefit or just reflectivity? I probably spray 1000 gallons a month of polyurea over metal roofs, foam roofs and built ups and like the idea. |
